These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 2cuci online gaming platform, including but not limited to the website located at https://2cuci.cam, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services, games, betting products, bonuses, and promotional programmes offered therein (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

The Platform is owned and operated by 2cuci ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), which holds an international gaming licence authorising the operation of online casino and sports betting services. The Company operates this Platform for entertainment purposes and provides services to players who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

• Not Acting on Behalf of Another: You must not register or operate an Account on behalf of another person, regardless of that person's age or consent.

Registration Requirements: During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address or mobile phone number, a secure password of your choosing, and confirmation of your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 2cuci is required to complete identity verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling commitments. Documents typically required include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the past three months)

By accessing the 2cuci Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conditions apply to all use of the Platform:

• You agree to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate or using automated systems to place wagers, is prohibited.
• You agree not to use the Platform in any way that causes or may cause damage to the Platform, impairment of its availability, or disruption to other users.
• You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. The Company is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through legitimate gaming activity on the Platform.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control mechanism on the Platform.
• You accept that 2cuci reserves the right to void bets, cancel game rounds, or withhold payouts in circumstances where a technical error, data feed failure, or system malfunction has resulted in an incorrect outcome or odds display.
• You acknowledge that the Company's records shall be the final and definitive record in any dispute relating to gaming activity, transactions, or account history.

Supported Payment Methods: 2cuci supports a range of payment methods designed for the convenience of Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method, with a standard minimum of RM30 for local bank transfers and e-wallets.

Currency: All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for fiat payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallet methods are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few seconds. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. For verified accounts, withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the Player's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.

2cuci offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of between 20x and 30x the bonus amount. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of the offer.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live dealer games may contribute at 10% or as otherwise specified. Certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus credits and associated winnings must be wagered within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time, unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: The Company reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to using low-variance betting strategies to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed the KYC verification process, unless otherwise stated. Promotional eligibility may be restricted based on account history, deposit patterns, or residency.

All betting and gaming activity on 2cuci is subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade, etc.). These product-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC/MMA, and other international events are subject to standard sportsbook rules. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. 2cuci reserves the right to suspend, void, or restrict betting markets at any time without prior notice.

Slot Games: All slot and RNG-based games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested. The published RTP for each game is the theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee individual session results.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the relevant game as announced by the dealer or displayed on screen. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined based on the available game server records at the time of disconnection.

Error and Malfunction: In the event of a software malfunction, error, or technical fault that affects the outcome or odds of any game or bet, the Company reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake. Winnings generated from malfunctions will not be paid out.

2cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. The Company provides a suite of player-protection tools that are available to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect; increases require a cooling-off period of no fewer than 7 days.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 2cuci Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for personal gain
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate gaming outcomes
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the matter through the Company's support channels
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff or other users

All content on the 2cuci Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from the Company
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Platform
• Frame or embed the Platform or any portion thereof within another website or application

The 2cuci name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2cuci, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your account in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features thereof.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that the Company is not responsible for any losses you incur through legitimate gameplay.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including payment chargebacks or identity fraud
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age
• Discovery that the Player is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Suspected multi-accounting, collusion, or use of prohibited software
• Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 2cuci support team via Live Chat. Voluntary closures are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and under which it holds its gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 2cuci support team. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to address your complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, as specified by the Company. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits the right of either party to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
